Homeowners need to assess the work and understand the company before making contact.
WEBSITE DESIGN FOR RENOVATION & REMODELING COMPANIES
Better inquiries.
More time for
the right work.
We plan, write, design, and build websites for renovation companies. Show the work you want to be hired for, explain your services clearly, and make it easier for the right homeowners to get in touch.
Kitchens. Bathrooms. Basements. Additions. Whole homes.
Built around your business, your capacity, and your customers.
01 / START WITH THE BUSINESS PROBLEM
Where could your
website make a
useful difference?
A full calendar, unsuitable inquiries, and too few visitors are different situations. Start with the one that matters to you.
A starting point to explore. The recommendation follows a conversation.
THE RIGHT PROJECT. A CLEARER FIRST CONVERSATION.PROJECT FIT BEFORE INQUIRY VOLUME
Help the right homeowners recognize a fit.
Calls about work you do not take on use time that could go into a suitable project.
Explain your services, area, and project scope clearly. Then collect the essentials so you can assess an inquiry before arranging a consultation.
Which inquiries are worth a conversation, and what makes the others unsuitable?
Suitable inquiries as a share of total inquiries, using your definition of a good fit.

Opening the experience…
LIGHT / PERSONAL / CONSIDERED
Maison. A clear first impression.
Warm project photography, room galleries, and a clear explanation of the approach help homeowners assess the work before starting a conversation.
Room galleries and project stories pair relevant interiors with descriptions and design context.
Relevant service exploration and progression to suitable inquiries.
Explore all three design breakdowns
These working concepts demonstrate our design and development capability. Interior imagery is illustrative. Performance measures would be established with a real client; these demos do not represent client results.
03 / DEFINE SUCCESS BEFORE THE BUILD
A BASELINE. A TARGET. A REVIEW DATE.First, agree
what better means.
A useful website investment starts with a specific business problem and an agreed way to assess improvement.
ESTABLISH THE STARTING POINT
What is happening
today?
Review relevant visits, inquiry quality, consultation outcomes, and time spent qualifying. If the data is missing, agree what to measure first.
AGREE THE USEFUL CHANGE
What would make
a difference?
Choose a realistic target tied to the actual problem: a better share of suitable inquiries, less qualification work, or an easier path to a consultation.
REVIEW WITH CONTEXT
When will we know
what changed?
Agree a review period and track the same measures. Interpret changes alongside traffic, seasonality, response time, and available project capacity.
A defined starting point. A realistic improvement. A review date. A measure both sides understand.
Specific performance targets follow diagnosis. When a baseline is missing, the first commitment is to clear deliverables and measurement. For financial value, consider contribution after direct project costs and what the website can reasonably influence.
04 / WHAT WE BUILD FOR YOUR BUSINESS
A CLEAR WEBSITE. AN AGREED SCOPE.Your renovation website.
Planned. Written. Built.
We organize your services, present your completed projects, and build a clear way for homeowners to contact you. Before work starts, you review the exact pages, content, features, project price, and delivery milestones.
A project quote based on the pages and features you need.
Revisions, milestones, and ongoing costs agreed up front.
Pages for the services you offer
A homepage and the service pages your business needs, with clear descriptions, service areas, and next steps. The page count is agreed in your proposal.
Your work, presented with context
Project galleries, short project stories, genuine photography, and approved reviews help homeowners understand the work you do and the kind of project you take on.
A straightforward inquiry route
Clear contact buttons and a form or guided brief suited to your team. The destination, project details to collect, and any booking connection are agreed and tested.
Mobile checks, launch & handover
A working preview to review, checks on desktop and mobile, inquiry-route testing, and handover notes. Tracking, domain access, hosting, and support are specified in the scope.
Accurate services and service areas, genuine project material and approved reviews, a person to approve the website, and someone to receive inquiries.
The outcome, deliverables, price, content responsibilities, revision rounds, milestones, ownership, and the next review or decision.
Advertising, ongoing SEO, sales follow-up, and CRM automation. Hosting, software fees, and maintenance are itemized so ongoing costs are clear.
Already fully booked?
The useful objective may be better project fit or less qualification work. We check your capacity before recommending more inquiry volume.
05 / A THOUGHTFUL WAY TO WORK
Clarity at every step.
From first conversation.
Your time belongs on your business.
The website process should be organized,
understandable, and easy to follow.
Understand.
We examine the current problem, its business impact, what you have tried, and what a useful improvement would look like.
FIRST: THE RIGHT PROBLEMShape.
Confirm capacity, timing, budget, and who decides. Then review a proposal with the outcome, scope, responsibilities, and milestones.
THEN: A CLEAR PLANBuild.
Review the working experience against the agreed scope. Check the service journeys, inquiry delivery, and desktop and mobile usability.
TOGETHER: SOMETHING TANGIBLELaunch.
Complete the handover and confirm who owns each next action. Review the agreed measures once enough relevant data is available.
FINALLY: A MEASURABLE START
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Iusein Sezer.
I run Dolphin Operations and build websites for renovation businesses. My focus is simple: show your work clearly, help homeowners understand your services, and make the first inquiry more useful.
You can contact me directly about your business, your current website, and what you would like it to do better.
06 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Before we
start talking.
What does Dolphin Operations build?
We plan, write, design and build websites for renovation and remodeling companies. The agreed scope can include service pages, project galleries, company information and a guided inquiry route. Advertising, ongoing SEO and sales follow-up are separate services.
What determines the cost of a remodeling website?
The main factors are the number and depth of pages, the content and photography available, custom interactions, integrations and the handover you need. We discuss these before preparing a project quote. Your proposal states the price and any ongoing software, hosting or support costs; there is no published fixed package price in this preview.
Can you improve an existing website?
A redesign is one option. We first review what is useful today, where visitors struggle and whether the problem is traffic, clarity, project fit or follow-up. Sometimes focused content or inquiry improvements are a more appropriate starting point than a full rebuild.
Will I own the website and have access?
Ownership, source-file delivery, account access and any third-party licenses are written into the proposal before work begins. We also agree who controls the domain and hosting. Ask to see those terms alongside the page list and price so the handover is clear.
Can the website help when we are already fully booked?
It may be more useful to improve project fit and reduce repetitive qualification work than to pursue more inquiries. We discuss capacity first, then agree what the website should explain and what information it should collect.
Can you guarantee more projects or higher revenue?
No. Relevant traffic, your offer, pricing, response time and capacity all affect outcomes. We agree the website deliverables and a useful measurement plan. The three portfolio concepts demonstrate design and functionality; they are not measured client case studies.
What happens after I send my conversation brief?
Your brief is saved privately and Sezer receives an email notification. The website confirms receipt after the brief has been saved. He can review your services, priorities and capacity, then reply to discuss a useful next step. Sending does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing emails.
A FEW USEFUL STARTING POINTS
Before you decide.
01 / A CLEARER WEBSITE
What should a remodeling website include?
A homeowner needs to understand the work, assess whether the company fits, and know how to start. Build the content around those decisions.

Why do renovation websites attract unsuitable inquiries?
Before asking for more leads, examine what the website tells people about the work you want—and what it leaves unclear.
